192 g plain flour
113 g butter,softened
100 g brown sugar( i reduced to 80g)
90 castor sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 tsp salt ( added some salt as dont want too sweet)
Some Chocolate chips( i use 1/2 cup) hershey semi sweet choc chips)
[preheat oven at 180C (abt 15-20mins)]
Sift flour and baking soda.
Cream butter ,then sugar till smooth.
Add egg and vanilla extract.
Add flour, baking soda, salt to the butter mixture till well combined using spatula.
Add some chocolate chips and nuts.
Scoop dessert spoonfuls of dough onto lined baking tray.
Freeze together with tray for 5 minutes.(to reduce spreading.)
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 mins.(surface slightly brown)- i bake ard 12 mins as my oven quite hot
Rest on tray for a minute before removing to cool on rack.
