Claypot rice

12 pcs of mid-wings/drumlets
1 stalk Chinese sausage (sliced)
3 table spoon minced garlic (abt 6 cloves)
6 pcs of dried mushrooms (soaked & sliced)
A bunch of veggie of ur choice (I used Shanghai Green)
2 cups of rice & 3 cups of water
Some ginger slice

Marinate mushrooms & winglets (Few hours or overnite)
- 1.5 tbsp of dark soya sauce
- 1.5 tbsp of light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- Some pepper

- Stir fry garlic with some oil till fragrant
- Add in rice and stir fry for a min
- Add in water and mix well
- Close lid and let it cook for 5mins on med fire
- Open lid, place sliced gingers on top of rice
- Arrange chicken, mushrooms & sausage, close lid and cont' cooking for 15mins (Pour in whatever chup dat is from the marination)
- Lastly, add in veggies and cook for another 5mins with lid close
