Shortcut Salted Caramel sauce

170g Salted Butter

330g Brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon salt(can adjust to preference,if ur salted butter salt content higher reduce salt)
180ml evaporated milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1. Combine butter, brown sugar, water and salt in a pot(try to use a deeper pot becos the mixture will rise when boiling) and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.  Bring to boil for a few mins depending on how thick you want the mixture to be. I boil for ard 4 mins.

2.  Stir in evaporated milk and vanilla and boil for another 2 mins. The mixture should still look watery but after cooled, it will thicken. Pour into glass jars, leave to cool before storing in refrigerator.
