Korean sauce chicken wings

marinate the wings (cut into drumlets and mid-joints) with salt, pepper and mashed ginger for a few hrs. Coat with plain flour and air fry 8 mins each side at 180.
For the sauce, u need:
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 to 4 large dried red chili peppers, seeded, cut crosswise into ⅓ inch pieces (optional - I din add coz kids eating)
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup rice syrup or corn syrup
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard (optional - din add as well)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Fry garlic until fragrant, add vinegar and syrup and cook for a few mins over low heat, stir once a while. Add sugar and mix well.
Mix air fried wings with the sauce and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top. Can also chop roasted peanuts and sprinkle too!!!
