210g Plain Flour
2 tsp baking powder
65ml v thick coconut milk
100g icing sugar
4 tbsp Laksa Paste
4 tbsp Laksa Leaves (chopped finely)
50g Dried Shrimps (chopped finely)
Canola Oil about 5 to 6 tbsp (adjust when u kneading the dough) it should be slightly sticky.
AF 160 degree for 13 to 15 min (depending the thickness of yr cookies.) Cool completely then cookies will be crispy and store.
