Japanese tofu Omelet

Here is the recipe for Japanese tofu omelet 

Ingredients :
1) 3 large eggs
2) 1/4 sliced thinly red or white onion ( this one is agak agak)
3) 1 small tube Japanese tofu ( cut into approx 11-12 round shape )
4) 1-2 tablespoon chopped spring onion( for garnish )

Instructions :
1) beat eggs until even , add 1/2  -1 tablespoon oil , 1/4 teaspoon salt ,little white pepper , few drops sesame oil , a little seasoning = egg mixture
2) lay all the tofu on the baking pan
3) pour egg mixture on the tofu
4) add sliced onion

Baking instructions :
1) preheat AF @ 200 for 5 mins
2) AF the egg mixture  @ 200 for 8 - 10 mins , after 8 mins , check & if not done , bake again for 2-3 mins
3) garnish with chopped spring onion

Notes :
1) the onion might be a bit raw , if prefer soft & light brown onion , fry the onion first on the stove & add it in the egg mixture or you can add ready fried onion instead .
2) my omelet today is slightly undone after 8 mins , so I leave it in the AF for 5 mins , it was perfect !
