Ingredients:

Peanuts - handful
B:
Plain flour - 45 g
Corn flour - 50 g
Caster sugar - 20 g
C:
Egg - 50 g
butter - 8g
Directions: - Melt butter, set aside.
- Sift plain flour and corn flour in a large bowl. Add caster sugar, egg and melted butter to form dough.
- Wrap dough in a cling wrap and chill the dough for 15 minutes.

- Use a teaspoon of dough for each half a a peanut.(As shown in the picture.)
- Bake at 150C for 20 minutes.
Ingredients:4 pieces instant noodles/500g pasta
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
white pepper
black pepper, coarse ground
Directions:- Boil noodles till tender. Do not overcook.
- Drain well. For pasta, add some olive oil into it to prevent sticking.
- Toss the noodles with oyster sauce and sesame seed oil.
- Sprinkle white pepper on the noodles, followed by black pepper to your own liking.
材料無糖豆漿...... 800 ㏄
細砂糖...... 50公克
吉利丁片...... 6 片
黑芝麻醬...... 50公克
作法- 吉利丁片置於冰水中浸泡約10分鐘。
- 將豆漿和細砂糖倒入鍋中,以小火加熱至糖溶化後關火,再加入作法1的吉利丁片拌勻,即為豆漿奶凍。
- 取600㏄的作法2食材逐一倒入杯中(約七分滿),待涼後放入冰箱中冷藏約1小時,等待冷卻凝固。
- 在作法2進行時,同時將黑芝麻醬加入剩餘的200㏄豆漿奶凍中拌勻,置於室溫下備用。
- 從冰箱中取出已凝結的作法3食材,倒入作法4的食材,並再次放入冰箱中冷藏至凝結即可。
