Peanut Snacks for CNY


Ingredients:

    A:
    Peanuts - handful
    B:
    Plain flour - 45 g
    Corn flour - 50 g
    Caster sugar - 20 g
    C:
    Egg - 50 g
    butter - 8g
Directions:
  1. Melt butter, set aside.

  2. Sift plain flour and corn flour in a large bowl. Add caster sugar, egg and melted butter to form dough.

  3. Wrap dough in a cling wrap and chill the dough for 15 minutes.

  4. Use a teaspoon of dough for each half a a peanut.(As shown in the picture.)

  5. Bake at 150C for 20 minutes.

Quick Pepper Noodle


Ingredients:
    4 pieces instant noodles/500g pasta
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    white pepper
    black pepper, coarse ground
Directions:
  1. Boil noodles till tender. Do not overcook.

  2. Drain well. For pasta, add some olive oil into it to prevent sticking.

  3. Toss the noodles with oyster sauce and sesame seed oil.

  4. Sprinkle white pepper on the noodles, followed by black pepper to your own liking.

芝麻豆浆冻


材料
    無糖豆漿...... 800 ㏄
    細砂糖...... 50公克
    吉利丁片...... 6 片
    黑芝麻醬...... 50公克
作法
  1. 吉利丁片置於冰水中浸泡約10分鐘。

  2. 將豆漿和細砂糖倒入鍋中,以小火加熱至糖溶化後關火,再加入作法1的吉利丁片拌勻,即為豆漿奶凍。

  3. 取600㏄的作法2食材逐一倒入杯中(約七分滿),待涼後放入冰箱中冷藏約1小時,等待冷卻凝固。

  4. 在作法2進行時,同時將黑芝麻醬加入剩餘的200㏄豆漿奶凍中拌勻,置於室溫下備用。

  5. 從冰箱中取出已凝結的作法3食材,倒入作法4的食材,並再次放入冰箱中冷藏至凝結即可。
