Rice milk

    4 cups water
    1 cup cooked rice (white or brown may be used)
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon sugar/honey
  1. Put mixture into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Let stand for at least 45 minutes, then strain through cheese cloth. If you like chunky, you can skip this.
  3. Serve chill or use as a sub for milk in smoothies.
