Pistachio Egg white Cookies
- 90g Egg White
150g caster sugar
100g pistachio(toasted, chopped)
40g chocolate chip
- Combine egg white, caster sugar and plain flour in a mixing bowl. Beat with a wooden spoon for 5 mins.
- Add chopped pistachio and chocolate chips, mix well.
- Drop teaspoonful of mixture onto baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake at 160C for 20 mins.
