Pecan Honey Cookies
- 230g butter
100g caster sugar
160g self-rising flour
200g plain flour
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add honey, beat until well combined.
- Fold in flours and mix well to form dough.
- divide dough inot 10g each and roll into small balls.
- Glaze with a beaten egg and press pecan on top of each cookie.
- Bake at 170C for 25 mins.
