Quick Pepper Noodle

    4 pieces instant noodles/500g pasta
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    white pepper
    black pepper, coarse ground
  1. Boil noodles till tender. Do not overcook.

  2. Drain well. For pasta, add some olive oil into it to prevent sticking.

  3. Toss the noodles with oyster sauce and sesame seed oil.

  4. Sprinkle white pepper on the noodles, followed by black pepper to your own liking.
