Quick Pepper Noodle
- 4 pieces instant noodles/500g pasta
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
black pepper, coarse ground
- Boil noodles till tender. Do not overcook.
- Drain well. For pasta, add some olive oil into it to prevent sticking.
- Toss the noodles with oyster sauce and sesame seed oil.
- Sprinkle white pepper on the noodles, followed by black pepper to your own liking.
