Peanut Snacks for CNY


Ingredients:

    A:
    Peanuts - handful
    B:
    Plain flour - 45 g
    Corn flour - 50 g
    Caster sugar - 20 g
    C:
    Egg - 50 g
    butter - 8g
Directions:
  1. Melt butter, set aside.

  2. Sift plain flour and corn flour in a large bowl. Add caster sugar, egg and melted butter to form dough.

  3. Wrap dough in a cling wrap and chill the dough for 15 minutes.

  4. Use a teaspoon of dough for each half a a peanut.(As shown in the picture.)

  5. Bake at 150C for 20 minutes.
