Milk Pudding

    500 ml milk
    15g kanten powder ( or agar-agar powder )
    8 tbsp sugar ( or more if you like it sweeter )
    vanilla beans or a few drops of vanilla essence
  1. Heat milk in pot. Add in sugar, kanten powder and vanilla. Stir well.
  2. Pour in a tuppaware or baking tin and chill. Cut into smaller bits.
