Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 500g Self-Raising Flour
260g Brown Sugar
250g Chocolate Chips
125g Nuts (Chopped)
½ tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of salt
- Cream the butter and brown sugar at medium speed.
- Gradually add eggs and molasses.
- Add salt, sifted SR Flour and baking soda, and mix at low speed.
- Add chocolate chips and nuts.
- Chill dough in refrigerator for 15 mins.
- Divide the dough into small pieces.
- Shape into cookies and arrange onto a lightly greased tray.
- Bake at 200° for 13-15 mins.
