Shrimp & Cheese Tofu Balls

INGREDIENTS:
    1 pkg. (19-oz) Firm Tofu, drained and pressed
    ½ lb. raw shrimp, peeled and chopped coarsely
    4 oz. Gouda cheese, finely chopped
    ½ cup. Italian parsley, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. corn starch
    ½ tsp. salt
    ¼ tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt-free seasoning mix
    1 cup. flour
    vegetable oil for deep-frying
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a medium bowl, mash tofu and mix with chopped shrimp, cheese and parsley.

  2. Add corn starch, salt, black pepper and salt-free seasoning mix into tofu mixture.

  3. In a large pot, heat oil. On a large dish, add flour and drop spoonfuls of tofu/shrimp mixture to coat. Deep-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
