Chocolate Chestnut Mousse


Makes 6 10 minutes

Ingredients:
    dark chocolate 200g, melted
    sweetened chestnut puree 250g
    dark rum 2 tbsp
    double cream 284ml, softly whipped and 142ml for serving
    marron glace 3, sliced (optional) or chocolate curls
Directions:
  1. Fold the melted chocolate into the chestnut puree, fold in the rum and whipped cream.
  2. Spoon into 6 glasses and then flood the top of each glass with a layer of cream.
  3. Chill until set and then decorate with chocolate curls.
