Strawberry mousse

Serves: 2 Time: 10 mins

    Strawberry Purree --- 150 ㏄
    Agar Agar Powder --- 2 grams
    Fresh Cream(liquid)--- 150 ㏄
    Sponge Fingers --- 1 piece
    Cherry Preserve --- 1 teaspoon
    Fresh Strawberry --- 1
  1. Cook the strawberry puree in a microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Add agar agar powder into the strawberry puree and stir until well mixed. Return the misture into the microwave and cook it on high for another 1 minute, remove from mircowave and stir for 2 to 3 mins unitl all agar agar powder are dissolved.
  3. Whip the fresh cream。
  4. In the serving container, layer with sponge fingers, cherry preserve and strawberry mixture. Place a halved strawberry as a decoration. Chill until firm.

Whipped cream takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Whipped until the fresh cream can hold it shape on the the beater.
