Panna Cotta With Cherries

    Milk 350㏄
    Kanten Powder 4 grams
    Sugar 15 grams
    Fresh Whipping Cream 30㏄
    Cherry Jam 10 grams
  1. Place the 150ml milk in the mircowave and turn on HIGH for 1 minute.
  2. Place agar agar powder into the mixture in step 1 and return to the microwave for another minute. Remove afterwards and stir until all powder are disolved.
  3. Add in sugar, fresh cream and 200ml of milk. Pour into serving containers. Chill and serve with cherry jam.
