Panna Cotta With Cherries
- Milk 350㏄
Kanten Powder 4 grams
Sugar 15 grams
Fresh Whipping Cream 30㏄
Cherry Jam 10 grams
- Place the 150ml milk in the mircowave and turn on HIGH for 1 minute.
- Place agar agar powder into the mixture in step 1 and return to the microwave for another minute. Remove afterwards and stir until all powder are disolved.
- Add in sugar, fresh cream and 200ml of milk. Pour into serving containers. Chill and serve with cherry jam.
