Kindon Mochi

Makes 30

    Sweet Potato --- 1 (250 g)
    Sugar --- 30 g
    Glutinous Rice Flour --- 100 g
    Water --- 150 ~ 200mL
    Rice Flour --- For Coating

  1. Steam the sweet potato until soften and mash it. Mix together with sugar and glutinous rice flour.
  2. Add water to the mixture little by a little each time to ensure its well mixed.
  3. Mircowave the mixture for 7 minutes on high heat. Using a little oil, knead the mochi well.
  4. Place mochi on a well floured surface and divide into 30 pieces equally.
