Strawberry and Cheese Lollies

Preparation : 10 mins | Freezing : Overnight | Makes :10
    Strawberry Jam --- 200g
    Caster Sugar --- 6 tbsp + Extra
    Cream Cheese --- 250 g
    Evaporated Milk --- 250ml
    Fresh Milk --- 200ml
    Thick yoghurt --- 450g

  1. Choose suitable moulds and chill them in the freezer.

  2. Using a little water, making the jam into a watery paste, add a little sugar to sweeten if required. Pour the jam into the chilled moulds, then freeze again.

  3. Place the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the moulds - then freeze overnight (don't forget to push in the lollipop sticks before they are completely frozen.)
