Hanamidango --- 花見団子

<Ingredients : Makes 10>

Glutinous Rice Flour 60g
Sugar 60g
Water 70cc
Corn Flour for dusting
Food Colouring Optional

Red/White bean Paste 50g

1. Combine the ingredients for dumpling and cook them in a microwave until done.

2. Dividing the dumpling into two portions, add the food coloring or dye and mix throughtly. Make into 10 equal portions.

3. Wrap the bean paste into the dumpling, shaped like a chestnut. Dust the exterior througtly with corn flour.

5. Skewer 2 dumpling of different color together on a stick.
Refrigeration retention 1~2 days)
